About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see as much of the world and
meet as many fun, interesting people as possible
I find enjoyment in the simple things, and even more in the complex. I enjoy the outdoors (biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, camping), I love good food and drink, and I like laughing and making others laugh. I love music, and enjoy a wide variety of it. I'll pretty much go to any concert I'm invited to (unless it's country or death metal). I really enjoy having deep, philosophical conversations/debates with open minded people. I'm not exactly sure where I want to end up in life but hopefully after I've seen enough of the world I'll have a better idea. Long story short, I'm a lot of fun" ! :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am still new here (signed up in July 2017) so I am still finding out how this works out for me.
I would like to show people around my city and meet the locals in theirs.
Music, Movies, and Books
I've recently been reading a lot of books about the power of the mind and how to effectively use thoughts, but I've enjoyed a variety of other books over the years as well. Some of my favorites include: Conversations with God, A New Earth, The Alchemist, The Little Prince, Allies of Humanity, and The Great Gatsby. And I'm a pretty big movie buff. I like sci-fi, action, and comedy, and I also enjoy movies that really make me think. Some of my favorites are: Inception, Pulp Fiction, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Adaptation, Star Trek, The Fifth Element, and The Way of the Gun. I like A LOT of different music. I like everything from hip hop, to metal, to motown and malt shop oldies. I don't really care for country or techo
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 9 days sailing off the Northern coast of Croatia with 2 other travelers and this crazy, older, Croatian guy on his sailboat. At one point a group of 6 dolphins came and swam with our boat for about 15 minutes, just below the surface of the water. One of the best experiences of my life!
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't have any special skills that come to mind, but I do have a very positive attitude that I'm happy to share with anyone that comes my way. I would like to learn new languages and I would love to learn how to play the guitar and the piano.
What I Can Share with Hosts
