Couchsurfing is the best, I'm so glad I started. It's filled with awesome positive energy and positive people each with a unique and distinct outlook on life. Life is so precious and it's amazing to be able to fill it with meeting new people from all parts of the globe and to learn how exactly they live and they think.......also just to have a ton of fun in the process.

I've had some of the most incredible experiences of my life via Couchsurfing. I try to offer the same to travellers passing through London, UK.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think Couchsurfing is the network for the curious minds, the travellers, the ones who want to see things "the other way". For me "the other way" is the best way. Getting to know locals or travellers, finding out about their lives and how they define their time on this Earth.....everything from how they think to their views on society......to their best tips on "what to see in Finland" and other such wonderfully random ideas :) I think Couchsurfing is a well kept secret, all of us who want to use Couchsurfing the right way - for culture exchange etc - do, underneath it all have similarly curious minds on the world around us. The world is a playground and too many people seem to forget that. I like to think people on Couchsurfing are in the know in terms of the impermanence of life in the same way I am.

Now I'm in Manchester you're more than welcome to come and stay. My course is pretty intense this year but I'd love to squeeze some surfers in. Manchester is vibrant and diverse and has a fascinating history involving major societal events such as the industrial revolution. It's also far cheaper than London. Come and see my second home!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked on the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics. The best moment of my life so far was being in the athletes tunnel on the night.....words just don't do it justice whenever I try to tell someone about it.
