ABOUT ME

They will say tons of s&*%t!! My friends would definitely say talkative (except I do make sense occasionally); Easy going (I ain't lazy); Reliable (as long you don't wake me up early on a Sunday morning); Nice (Mr Nice guy with Mr Nice people); Honest (don't like to be stiffed or ripped off); Funny (ask my Goodfella Joe Pesci "am I here to amuse you?"); Cool guy (call me Kool-Aid) and whatever else they might say, I love my friends, it's up to you to find out for yourself.
The simple way I may describe myself is: I am down to earth but also ambitious. I try to stay positive and enjoy life. I am trustworthy and honest. I'm friendy and easy to get along with. I treat people fairly,with respect, and the way I want to be treated.

Urban or nature don't make no difference, I love to enjoy my moments one day at a time, long distance walking is a favorite of mine. I'm Chef student in Denmark and I enjoy cooking and discovering new food joints, I can't afford all of them, only for inspirational reasons. I read a lot, lately all my literature is food critics related. I don't plan my days off, I'm very spontaneous when going out; starting my day meeting my hometown friends or acquaintances at the local coffee shop, cold pint will do, live band show makes my day...
