My wife and I travel together. We enjoy meeting new people and learning more about them and their experiences. We love to visit, experience and explore new places and learn about them. Of course, we love to eat and enjoy a cold beer and both of those go well with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to tour Europe this summer/fall and thought this might be a better way to do it and discover some of the lesser known areas that locals might frequent.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy almost any genre of music depending on the atmosphere but prefer country, classic rock, alternative or folk rock. We don’t watch a ton of movies but I think I prefer adventure or thrillers. I’m an outdoor guy so like books about outdoors but I also enjoy thrillers or mysteries. I’ve been reading several authors lately that write about game wardens in Maine and Wyoming. Ask me about them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My wife and I quit our regular jobs and sold our home a couple of years ago and bought a motorhome to travel in. We now work in travel healthcare where we can go and help out in areas affected by staff shortages and explore new areas.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m pretty handy. We’ve owned a few rentals in the past and I performed most of the maintenance. If you have a task that needs done and the tools, ask me about it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share our story and maybe a few laughs. We’ve spent the last 3 years criss crossing the US working as a travel nurse and travel MRI tech.
