Hi! My name is Wayne, I’m from the Gold Coast, Australia.

I am very new to CS but have hosted 3 times and I really enjoyed it. I’ve also hung out with CS and have always had a good experience.

I like experiencing other cultures and enjoy learning the different approaches people have to living. I also find it fascinating how similar we can be.

Currently my purpose of CS is to meet local and international people and hopefully get to stay with some amazing people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m travelling Japan for 3 months. The best way to truly immerse myself into the culture is to meet and stay with locals.

I like action, comedy and romantic comedy movies.

I mostly read historical non-fiction but also enjoy historical fiction if it’s set in a period I am particularly interested in.
