ABOUT ME

I am a 22-year old person who loves to see and explore new things. I am feminist, queer, cis male who loves to examine the role of gender, race, class, etc. in all things. Music is incredibly important to me in an academic way. I love to study, listen to, and learn about music. I have lived my entire life in Indiana until June 2012 when I moved to Korea to teach, so my entire world has recently been turned on its head. I, like so many others, am buried in mounds of student loans, so couch surfing is a way to travel on the cheap and make some new friends around the world. I love to have fun and take in everything I can, but it is also nice to just chill out and sit around sometimes.

I am brand-new to couch surfing, but while I am in Korea I would love to do some fun traveling on a budget, while meeting some kick-ass new people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None through a formal organization such as this, but I have done my share of surfing on friends' couches across the Midwest.

I LOVE classical music; opera and musical theatre are two of my greatest loves in life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I repelled down a mountain in Wyoming and accidentally ended up upside-down.
I went on a three week jazz performance tour in Brazil.
