I am into alternative thinking and fully supportive with degrowth. I enjoy meditating and practicing yoga. For foodsharing I am very active in Berlin as an ambassador. Maybe I am what you would call an peaceful activist who starts with himself in his micro cosmos.

I am attending a Yoga TTC in Kerala at the moment and now I am consciously on my Yoga path. I'd like to sneak for unconventional ideas and ways of living and love to find special situations and places. I am always curious about trying out something new and keep progressing. Life is a journey and so am I. I experienced all kinds of meditation like Vipassana, Osho active Meditating, Yoga Nidra, etc. I'd love to get in touch with my spiritual self and and a higher self. That's why I am on that way I am on.

Reading books about sociology, ethics, philosophy, politics and classical literature. I am addicted in shopping used books. I generally shop 2nd at all. I am a social activist in my social environment here in Berlin. Love to be subversive but never forget the peacefulness, humbleness and compassion. Meditation, Yoga practice, organic gardening and cooking, listening to Alan Watts, Eckart Tolle, Neale Donald Walsch and sometimes Osho at night.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

3 week trip through almost all india and missed the flight back home to germany. Fail! But was nice though.

riding the trans siberian railway in winter time through all russia. driving with a car over the icy surface of lake baikal! I got fever while staying at Isle Olchon at Lake Baikal. Not amusing but adventurous.

started a 6 hour hiking trip to Adam's Peak in Sri Lanka at 2am in the morning to see to sunrise at the top of the hill. beautiful.
