About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Designing and delivering experiential workshops that help individuals reconnect with Self, Others, and Earth... Following the likes of Joanna Macy, John Seed, and Thich Nhat Hanh, finding ways to heal ourselves and our relationships through the integration of meditation, movement, and our common desire to feel safe, loved, and at home on the planet.
ABOUT ME
I love adapting to new situations. I settle into community quickly and thrive on networking and collaborating with others on a shared vision. I love the opportunity to be a host, to make others feel welcome and comfortable, and to discover commonalities with each other. I left the US in December 2016 with no intentions of moving back there. I am listening to the universe's directives in showing me where to go and how I can be of service there. I moving about now with no sense of urgency -- I would much rather get to know a neighborhood than a whole city. I would much rather help weed someone's garden than go out to pubs. I like being in New Zealand because people here are so willing to give each other time. That's such a gift!
PHILOSOPHY
share, smile, simplify, surround yourself with positive people! takes leaps of faith daily and find every opportunity to open your heart.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, I am a surfer and seeking places where I can rest in peace, and share meals and conversation with people who are living the good life. I hope we can inspire each other by sharing stories and experiences. I am humbled by any invitation to enter another's home space and as a guest, I will always arrive with the utmost respect for your space by bringing only good clean vibes!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have done a good bit of hosting (both on and off the record) and I have had a lot of amazing experiences with couchsurfers, and also a lot of okay experiences with couchsurfers. I have really enjoyed all of the spontaneous life lessons and adventures that have sprouted out of this CS community.. I have been inactive for several years, but now that I am back in the flow of life, I am excited to reconnect with all you awesome people on here.
