Hi everyone, I'm sort of new to this thing.
Basically I'm just a citizen of the world (from New Zealand) wondering this beautiful planet called Earth. Through my travels I am trying to learn about the many cultures and customs.
Places I have been to so far are Thailand for Muay Thai training, Malaysia, Singapore, Summer Camp in USA where I was a camp counselor working with at-risk kids, volunteering in the favelas of Rio De Janeiro, being a Snowboard bum/male gogo dancer when I lived in Whistler (British Columbia, Canada), and just did a quick Contiki around Europe.
I will be in the UK for the next two years working to save up for travelling Europe. Always keen to make new friends :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting people and learning about the culture and customs and as this is my first time on the European contient it would be cool if people can point me in the direction of some cool local spots where I can try learn the local lingo (language), food, dance and customs :)
