About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Hello! I live in London and would love to meet people to chat or go rock climbing!

ABOUT ME

Unfortunately I can't host at the moment because I'm subletting a room in someone else's flat. I work as a freelance translator, subtitler and sometimes writer. Although I live in London, I enjoy the outdoors, being active and meeting new folk, and hanging around with different types of people.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm an genuine kind of person who's honest and open. I don't tend to hide things or be shy. One thing that's important about me I guess is that I've been a vegetarian since birth and I'm practically vegan thesedays.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've never been in a position to host anyone before (I've either been on the move or have subletted in places where I don't make the decisions...). This makes me quite sad as I'd love to. I certainly will as soon as I get my own place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've Couchsurfed in Portugal, Bulgaria and Romania. Also I was lucky enough to find an amazing new flatmate in Ronda, Spain, as well as another really good friend thanks to Couchsurfing. It is so great for so many things and it was ages before I actually used it to surf on any couches.

Interests

Ethical living, rock climbing, running, hiking, yoga, swimming (take me to an outdoor swim spot, or even a local pool, and I'll love you forever!), meditation, writing, languages, newspapers, cooking

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode a camel through the Rajasthani desert. I also spent 10 months living in Tahiti at the very impressionable age of 19, which was certainly an experience I'll never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can talk about Vipassana meditation, vegetarianism, translation...and I'm also quite a good cook.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mozambique, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
