ABOUT ME

My name is Mat. I stumbled upon CouchSurfing through my friend. Although I never used it, I hope to gain some positive experience during my trip to Tokyo in December 2010.

I am an open-minded person, very fond of meeting all kinds of people. I enjoy travelling a lot. Apart from my native Europe, I have traveled to Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and other places.

I am a PhD candidate at University of Warsaw in Poland, but currently I am living in Shanghai at Fudan University as part of my PhD research exchange.

I hope CS will help me get to know people from different cultures. I think this is an ingenious idea of better understanding the world we live in.
