Hi, I am Khang Wei from Malaysia. I have just finished my studies in bachelor degree and hope to do something different like the others before stepping into the adult working world. Therefore, travelling is my first choice. Growth and personal development really important to me, and traveling is a great way to learn; there's so much learning about other cultures, perspectives, myself, and the world in general.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The definition of travelling for me is not just about visit some touristic places, but to blend into the cultures of the place itself by getting into the unexpected place and the living atmosphere of the locals. So, being a surfer able to provide me the opportunity to meet new people, having chat, see things on other perspective to get inspiration and create my own travel stories that I am going to share with others. On the other side, being a host able to help those who are in need of accommodation during their travel and share whatever that I have with them to build a better surfing community.
