About Me

Hi fellas, guess what⁉️
I’m back to this platform again after some period‼️
I’m Wei Shen, and I’m staying at one of the best places in the world which is called Penang.
If you need help during your stay at here, please contact me! Always happy to help‼️
I’m working for my family as my family has own business, fruit farm, also I’m a freelance tour guide at Malaysia.
Huge fan of Premier League, fan of Liverpool FC.
I stayed at Kuala Lumpur for 6 years before I moved to 🇳🇿to become a Kiwi‼️
I love to show or bring people to my favourite places in the town such as favourite restaurants, hiking spot or trekking spot. Would truly appreciate if you could show me your favourite places in your city too when I become your guest 😉
Interacting with locals is what I always love to do when I’m travelling, I think this is one of the best ways to understand more about their lifestyle and culture. It’s so interesting to be part of them such as wedding dinner, football match or club meeting. And I believe that everyone can be a good storyteller, all you need to do is just lend them your ears and they will more than happy to tell you their stories no matter which languages they are using.
こんにちは、こちらウェイシェンです!はじめまして‼️
世界各地の人々が出会うのがすきです‼️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to have more friends, to look and explore more cultures outside of my country. Travelling and knowing people through CS is something that I really like to do when I was at overseas. It is a totally different experience of travelling when you have the opportunity to adapt and experience their culture and lifestyle.
I started stayed at other CS homes from May 2018. Their kindness made me felt that I should help and do something for other travelers that travel at my country too. I decide to give in return to other travellers that really need help.
I always believe that everyone have their own stories, own thoughts, own experiences or even own philosophies. I’m ready to share my stories and also to learn something from other people stories, that’s why I felt that this place is a good platform to share and learn something about yourself or themselves 😉
I think CS is another great platform for me to know other travellers no matter where I am! Since that I’m a tour guide, I love to meet people from all over the world and it is always a pleasure to show them my country as much as I can!
There will always be a reason why you meet people. Either you need them to change your life or you’re the one that will change theirs. I always believe this because there is always nice and good moments spend together! Some people will test you, some will use you, some will bring out the best in you, but everyone will teach you something about yourself. Both positive and negative relationships teach you valuable lessons.

Stayed at Japan for one month with a very very surprising low budget! (Please ask me personally if you want to know the tips hehe😜 )
