I smile a lot and I do a lot of sports . Not always on a regular basis I do Crossfit, Skydiving, (Bikram) Yoga, Beach Volleyball, Snowboarding, Scuba Diving, Longboarding, Hiking and exploring the nature in every possible way all over the world.

One of my passions is cooking. I'm interested to everything that has to do with food - good restaurants, cooking on my own or with friends, planting and taking care of the vegetables and fruits I grow, nutrition and health.

Into learning, change, personal growth and development, coaching and communication. I work as a life coach and do trainings and seminars (mostly offline) in the fields of NLP, Time Line Therapy(R), Hypnosis, Sexual Development, Tantra, ...
