About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn, fail, grow, then do it all over again!
ABOUT ME
My name is Brit and I'm a teacher, performer, and science communicator. I live life in a way that is both exciting to me and beneficial to those around me, striking balance across multiple passions. My partner and I moved to the Boston area in 2022 after many wonderful years in Montana. I participated as a CouchSurfing host for years during college across several states, and can't wait for the next adventures awaiting us.
PHILOSOPHY
Just be kind- everything else will follow.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My roommates and I frequently hosted both American and international travelers for several years and in different states. I am now looking to finally getting a change to travel myself and experience the other side of things in addition to finding ways to host in our current Cambridge home.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We've had everything from quiet nights to downtown ragers with our couchsurfers (Welsh boys, I'm talking to you haha). Our house is very social but we are always willing to have a quiet night at home. All of our experiences so far have been positive and we expect nothing less of our future guests :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We once accidentally agreed to host 2 Spaniards, 1 Canadian, 1 German, and 1 American all in the same night as throwing a huge house party. No one knew who was a guest and who was a host, and everyone had a total blast :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to teach my guests/hosts things about the southeast, American international perspectives, current science, American theatre and film, college sports, wildlife and natural resources, and so much more!
