ABOUT ME

Let's see. Videogame nerd. Sneaker-fiend. Rum-guzzling monster. Probably one of the most easygoing people you'll ever meet.

I'm a writer in an advertising agency during the day, and waitress/bartender by night. Basically, from 9am-6pm I turn boring stuff into interesting stuff to make you buy stuff.... and then at night I'll ply you with alcohol and then drink with you till the sun comes up.

Basically, almost everything I earn goes into traveling. Which is why I'm here. And why I want to meet YOU!

I know I don't have a ton of friends and references because most of my couchsurfing experience hasn't been through this website, sooooo..... :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Let's see. I've stayed in a Brooklyn ghetto where I'd hear gunshots going off below my apartment, in the house of a voodoo-practicing hoarder, in a renovated vintage barbershop, in a house in North Carolina where I painted a wall mural in my host's apartment in exchange for room and board... and that's barely half of em!

I drown in music and I devour books. If you and I sat down and talked about movies, we'd be here for daaaaays! Aronofsky is probably my favourite director, and I swear by Jimi Hendrix, Jamie Lidell, Kendrick Lamar and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

As for books, well, two of my favourite authors are probably Paulo Coelho and Kurt Vonnegut. I'm also a huge Dragonlance nerd (shh!).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Bathed in a waterfall in Malaysia. Bungee jumped in Thailand... stayed in a small hut in a small village on some random small mountain... also in Thailand. Couchsurfed for a month in the UK, and I shuffled around sooo much that sometimes I'd wake up so disoriented and I wouldn't know where I am! Had to sleep at a bus-stop in Miami because someone gave me wrong directions. Celebrated Thanksgiving in 2012 with a bunch of welders in the middle of a tiny town in South Carolina. I could go on and on and on.
