Couchsurfing.com has enriched my travelling experiences immeasurably in Switzerland, Turkey, France and USA. I think it's way better than staying in a hostel, and get to meet some really nice/crazy people :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to the centre of Turkey to see a total solar eclipse. The whole experience was the best I've had so far.

Language exchange, experiencing different cultures, I love talking about science and the beauty of the universe, from the quantum to the cosmic scale (you only need to ask :-P)
