ABOUT ME

All about me? Trying to be kind to everybody. Trying to understand the world and its inhabitants. Giving everybody a smile hoping it might spread.
I try to practise my hobbies but there's just not enough time for them. At least I know I don't get bored in this way. I live on my own in an appartement with two balconies east and west which give me an overlook across the Rhine Plains from Schwarzwald to Odenwald, and to the Haardt mountains. Here I try to find myself and meet other people. Pop in for a coffee if you want to. Ask me for couching. But beeing frequently at work, you might not be so lucky to meet me.

If you consider me too old - age doesn't matter if your spirits stays young (and I look younger anyway)

PHILOSOPHY

You'll never find out what it's all about in life. Just too many opinions in the world. And many opinions are like onions: The more you get to the core, the more they make you cry.
Did you know that petroleum's gonna run out in the year 2020, much earlier than estimated in the past? Can you imagine what this means to the world? Crash of world economy, hunger and even more wars. And even if they exploit Siberia, it will not be enough. When that happens, love will save us or will run out too. Let's use these last ten years of an overwhelming richness to meet and celebrate life's good and colorful side. Maybe we'll never get the chance again.

(By the way: I don't like films with violence and blood. I have enough blood and sweat and tears in my job. And by the way: Isn't it perverted that it is allowed to show in TV how a person is slowly killed but not how a child is begetted? Even if you say OK, that's something that shouldn't be shown in detail to everybody at every age, why then show murder and violence to everybody in every age? I say, we have all numbed ourselves against violence in the media and sometimes I wonder if I am the last to notice that)
