Hi! My name is Wendell, I'm 23 years old and open to receiving travellers from all over the world. First traveled solo when I was 18 years old an visited Thailand and Cambodia, it was an amazing experience mostly thanks to amazing couch surfer hosts, cool hostels and amazing people.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Ever since I've traveled solo to South-East Asia for a couple of months I fell in love with the travel lifestyle, different cultures and meeting new cool people, that's why I am on couchsurfing :)

Intereses

I have a broad range of interests, already at a young age I got interested in spirituality and meditation, few years ago I attended a meditation retreat to see what it was like, really enjoyed it. I like reading non-fiction books that expand the way I see the world and enjoy a good movie that raises questions every now and then.

I couldn't do a day without music, I listen to a broad range of genres, from jazz to hiphop, and electronical to classical.

Some of my favorite artists of 2016 where;
Shigeto, Glass Animals, Alt-J, Taylor McFerrin, Kendrick Lamar, Robert Glasper Experiment, Kiasmos, Matt Corby, J. Cole, Chet Faker and Fink.

I remember when I was really young that I enjoyed listening to lectures of Alan Watts, "a British philosopher, writer, and speaker best known as an interpreter and populariser of Eastern philosophy for a Western audience.".

He inspired me to do a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat which I did last year.

Favorite books, I mostly enjoy reading non-fiction;
Napoleon Hill, Dave Eggers, The Red Rising Series and some others.
