Myself & my partner, Stan, arrived in Melbourne at the beginning of November 2016. We have spent 5 months living in Melbourne, 4 months living in Gold Coast, a few months in Asia and are now looking to relocate to Tasmania for the summer.

We are both laid back and enjoy meeting new people, experiencing new things & discovering new places.

We have decided to move over to Tasmania for the summer where we intend to surf and ride bikes to our hearts content. Having not spent much time in the area before we are looking for couchsurfing hosts to spend a few days with so we can get a feel for the place.

We both currently work remotely, Stan for a Mountain Bike company and myself for a Sustainable Travel company.

We are both in our early 30's and enjoy a lot of outdoor activities and socialising over a BBQ and a cold beer on the weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Reasonably new to the world of Couchsurfing, we had our first experience a few months back when we moved to the Gold Coast and had a great experience!

Excited to meet new people who can provide us with information on local places and potentially show us around.

We are always happy to make new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with Sea Turtles in Sri Lanka & released 200 baby turtles into the sea.
