About Me

What would you like to know? ?? I am Australian and have been living in Germany for the past 6 years. I spent 2016 traveling around Europe during which time I met some wonderful people though couchsurfing and visited so many fantastic places. I then learnt German and have been living in Dresden Germany and working at a childcare centre for the past 5 years. I very much enjoy my work caring for babies and toddlers. I love being in nature, hiking, exploring beautiful places and spending time with people dear to me but also getting to know others. I am traveling around Israel at the moment with a good friend. I think people would describe me as caring, kind, happy, positive, enthusiast and welcoming. I am a Christian and my family, faith and friends are important to me. I am a vegetarian but eat mostly vegan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend told me about couch surfing and I really love the idea. Growing up we always had exchange students and other people staying. Though couchsurfing I look forward to meet new people, discover new and beautiful places and see places I would like to visit. To gain insight into new perspectives, where people live and learn about places from a local perspective.
