I am an advocate for children, having been working with youth (mostly troubled) for the past 14 years. I teach Middle School, and I love a good adventure.

Most music moves me- I do love alt. country/ folk/ Americana; Kesey is my favorite author, but I do love to read and I just finished Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver; Movies- yes, I like them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked outdoors for 2.5 years with ten adolescent boys who did not fare well in America's public school system. I went across the US on highway 64 in my tiny subcompact. America is beautiful and scary,
