I'm 29 years old. I am an English Teacher. I like walking, travelling and generally keeping myself occupied and out of trouble.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly tell other people to it and have never done it myself! Although, informally I've slept on many couches!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favourite couch surfing experience was in Ecuador, I was travelling between Banos and the jungle town of Tena, when I met an Ecuadorian English teacher on the bus who invited/insisted I stay at her house. She gave me a mattress which filled the kitchen, then introduced me to the whole town! I went to work with her and helped her teach English. I was really made to feel very special!

Interests

Anything really, I love knitting, I've been unsuccessfully fooling around with other people's guitars for roughly 10 years, I love visiting new places and seeing what happens.
I really enjoy walking and did Porto to Santiago leg of the Camino Santiago and some less exciting , but still beautiful routesin the UK, like the Delamere Way, the Sandstone Trail and the Gritstone Trail in Cheshire.
