ABOUT ME

I truly enjoy engaging in a stimulating conversation and meeting new people. I live to travel and dance and see exciting things and beautiful places. I love animals and I don't eat meat. I've been called an "adventurer" and it's the greatest compliment I've ever been given.

PHILOSOPHY

Just try to do the right thing, based on your own intuition. Don't be a bully, but know that it's ok to speak up when you believe in something.
You only live once, so you better mean it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Has been most excellent as a surfer in almost every place I've tried it, especially Australia and New Zealand! I've enjoyed hosting 3 people at my own home and we had a great time!

Interests

Travel, hiking, animal welfare, dance, almost anything outdoors, meeting new interesting people, seeing beautiful places, being somewhere I've never been before.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canyoning in Interlaken, sailing the Indian Ocean for 20 days, hiking the Overland Track, climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge, driving a rented van with a French and Scottish girl across the Great Ocean Road and the Outback, and traveling for 9 months straight! I can do a lot more than I thought I could, alone or with friends.

You catch more flies with honey. It can't hurt to ask for what you want, the worst anyone can say is no, but you might just get what you want. Everyone hurts sometimes. Never trust anyone who treats animals poorly. Remember to smile, sometimes that's all that's necessary to make a new friend. If you don't go, you'll never know.
