PHILOSOPHY

I've always thought that Oscar Wilde's quote 'I can resist everything except temptation.' described how I would like to live my life. I would rather do something and regret it later rather than spend my life wondering about would have happened. I only have one life so might as well live the daylights out of it while I still can.

兴趣

Reading. Anything from cheesy fanfiction to classics to fantasy or sci-fi. I'll read just about anything as long as the plot is there and the writing isn't too atrocious. Something about disappearing into another place and time while sitting in the comfort of my room just attracts me. My two favourite authors at the moment are Jeffrey Archer and Iris Murdoch.

Dance. It has always been a part of my life even if I'm not the best at it. From a little girl doing plies to waving pompoms in high school to doing the waltz or jive in university.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Never did I expect Da Vinci's "The Last Supper" to be so big and so awe-inspiring. I wouldn't say I know how to appreciate all the finer details of art but looking at "The Last Supper" I couldn't help but feel stunned that someone would be able to paint something so beautifully detailed.
