ABOUT ME

I am currently a student at the University of Minnesota: Morris. I grew up in Southern Rural Minnesota and I simply love to travel, live, learn etc... (and all those other cliche buzz-words.

I'm an easy going guy with a love of languages, economics, and mathematics. I dance salsa and South American folk dance, I play the guitar, make sauerkraut, wear trench coats and suits.

I like Malbec wine with an Asado, horseback riding, Russian Imperial Stouts and IPAs, and warm summer nights spent sleeping under the stars. I believe that one should live spontaneously. My father often reiterated to me what he called, "our family motto: "Fortuna Favet Fortibus" - Fortune Favors the Bold. I try to live by this proverb to best of my ability. I'm passionate about bettering the world. I am a dreaming optimist and a romantic. Years of Humanitarian work in Cambodia and Minnesota with my beloved Cambodian family instilled within me the drive to make a difference.

I hope to make a difference in the world --to always be using my intellect, my time, and my talents for the betterment of my community, country, and world.
