I am from Huhhot, which is in the north of China, the metropolis of Inner Mongolia.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have spent more than 5 years on dealing with more than one hundred labor dispute cases, and the appellee is actually a government. That is why it took a long time to win the cases. My successful cases have benifited tens of thousands of city sanitation workers in Changsha, who had no overtime salaries, no holidays and no social insurance which means they couldn't have their pensions when they are 60 years old or in the future. From May 1st 2014, the Changsha Government started to buy social insurances for the city sanitation workers, and also many workers who have worked for more than 15years could apply for their pensions now. Those cases also could be quoted by other cases in China, or other kind of workers could benifit too. That means at least hundreds thousands of cleaning workers.😊😉
