I'm a very open-minded, free-spirited adventurer. I love experiencing different cultures and I have no qualms with the way people live their lives or cultural peculiarities. I happily share what I have and what I've learned in life and only expect mutual respect in return. Who knows, we might learn something from each other!

I've hosted a few folks who started their journeys through Africa in Cape Town. I love helping people get themselves settled before embarking on their African adventures. Cape Town is an easy entry into the peculiarities of Africa.

I don't get much time to read any more but I used to enjoy high fantasy quite a bit. David Eddings, Raymond E Feist, David Drake, etc.
As for music, I'm pretty open-minded but my heart will always be with rock. Anything from Southern rock to serious metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving a 70's Renault 5 TS (front-wheel drive) over the Drakensburg, through the snow and ice in Winter and laughing at the struggling 4x4's.
