About Me
Hi!
I'm here because I love travelling. That's all, that's an entire statement, further word is pointless :D but of course I'm not going to stop at this sentence. So let's say I'm full-time graphic design student, part-time traveller. What would make me extremly happy is to invert these proportions. But for the moment I'm trying to reconcile a super designer's career (it's a joke, I'm at the beginning) with travelling (and not-thinking about projects in the same time, which is really difficult). What I love in travelling is a wonderful chance to explore, to meet amazing people, discover new places, to breath new air, clear mind and distance yourself for everyday life and issues. I think the best opportunity to meet great people and sometimes also cross your comfort zone is travelling by hitchiking, but this is not the only way I travel (own car, trains and planes, specially the cheap and spontaneus ones, are ok too). What else? I love analog photography, I love to capture memories on old films, I love Polish sea (but other seas are also cool), mountains and carrot cake. My plants and bicycles always have names - sometimes it's really funny, (when I tell someone that I'll come with Boguslaw - and he is just a bike), sometimes not at all (when Maciek is dying, due to lack of water...).
I have to mention also about my best friends Daria and Zosia (and of course they are not bikes or plants, they are supergirlsandyouwilldefinitelylikethem) because we usually travel together. We also work as a team - we do artistic workshops for children and teens and we participate in various voluntary work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting people during journey is best part of it, and looking at place through the eyes of locals make it unique. For me it's like memories about some place have faces, the specific ones;)
That's also why I'm hosting people, and as a host, I'm trying to be kind of 'friendly soul' for my guests or just make their stay easier and better.
Anyway, in both of couchsurfing's options, I just believe in helping each other and - who knows - maybe the birth of a friendship.

Music, Movies, and Books
It's hard to pick a few, but let it be - Movies: Lost in Translation. Mustang, Single Man, Coffe and Cigarettes, The Skin I live In, Lost Highway, Godfather; I definitely have a weakness for directors: Tarantino, Jarmusch, Lynch and Wes Anderson.
Music - various, from the classics, through the 60's, 70's, soundtracks and hot 90's rhythms (memories of childhood).
Balkan music!
Let's dance to Bregovic music!
