Overview
About Me
Hey there! I'm Wes. A bit of an introvert but I'm really trying to get out there and explore the world on my terms. I've seen other places like Australia and Japan, which were both amazing experiences but they were due to work. I want to have a personal trip where I go where I want, do what I want and meet who I want. Hoping to meet some wonderful people and share this Christmas with great hearts.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been in the military for almost 4 years and stationed in Hawaii for coming up on 3. Oahu is absolutely beautiful but this year I'm really looking for a White Christmas. Growing up in Florida, I've never had the chance to see one so I'm on a mission this year. I'm recovering from a divorce so this is a much-needed trip for me, I think.
Interests
Cars, video games, blogging, love playing the drums (but haven't had a set since I was 17), beer pong, video editing, coloring (don't laugh).

Music, Movies, and Books
Top three bands right now are 30 Seconds to Mars, Bring Me the Horizon and Hands Like Houses. I do love all types of music though from John Mayer to Usher and Taylor Swift to Slipknot. Quite diverse but I enjoy it. I like keeping up with new movies when we can but can't really be bothered to go out of our way to see new ones.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've gone to the biggest IMAX screen in the world in Sydney, Australia.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm rather uninteresting when it comes to talents but I am a great listener.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As I said in the previous box, I love listening to people over some hot chocolate or a glass of wine. Seeing wonderful people talk about things that are dear to they heart or something they love doing is an unrivaled sensation many people really take for granted. I'm very flexible, easy to please and always looking to help in any way I can.
