About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To challenge my own notion that human consciousness is a curse and pursue ethical pleasure...
ABOUT ME
***Update: Much of this site will have references for both myself and my now ex-girlfriend Emily. We separated very amicably, however, and are still good friends. Any mention of her on here should also be attributed to her page here:

She lives only a block from me, and so my description about the area applies to her place as well.
PHILOSOPHY
To philosophize everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first CS experience was with Whoolee in San Fran in May of 2007. The perfect way to get started. It was a remarkably great time, and I met a handful or more other CS'ers, all of whom I sincerely enjoyed being around. Plus, I've unofficially surfed couches in Denmark and Germany, with friends who live there. Now, I know my locale isn't the highest on people's list of destinations, but I'm happy to host if anyone is passing through or wants to make a stop other than NYC, California or Chicago.
I've now hosted a large handful of times, and have enjoyed every experience tremendously. I try to spend time with our CSers, and so far I've been able to. Each time has brought another great story. I once even attended a Contra Dance with some guests.

Standing in two separate seas at the same time - one warm, the other cold - in Skagen, Denmark.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show anyone how to live in the sprawling suburban hell of the midwest WITHOUT A CAR. I'm becoming more learned about meme theory, evolutionary philosophy, and the like. And my newest theory, termed The Curse of Consciousness, is something I'm certainly prone to share, even if it is not solicited.
