Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to know people of various backgrounds and exchange experience and for this purpose I have tried different ways. I have been using AirBnb for a while and stayed at several places at different countries and cities with different hosts, but these experiences did not give me any opportunities to know more about the local people, but only maybe another sort of opportunity of accommodation, which might suits me when I am traveling with family or a bunch of friends, but not so ideal for me when I am traveling alone to learn deeply about the local culture. I wish I can have the chance to exchange stories and experience with all travelers I met :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a host in Taipei, Taiwan and that is my only CS experience so far and my best experience in traveling so far, if not in my entire life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling alone with only a backpack to places 11000 miles away from home at the age of 16. Meanwhile I got to know many different people. (Maybe this is the only one amazing thing I have ever done so far LOL :p)
