About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a laid back guy who is pretty much interested in everything. I love to travel, eat, meet new people. I love to go out to parties, but also enjoy relaxing, reading, listening to music with a small group of friends. I am pretty much open and down for whatever, whenever.
PHILOSOPHY
Still trying to figure it out...but kindness is elemental
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have yet to host, but I have been living out of the country for the last 2 years. So far I have surfed with several people around Argentina and is has been an incredible experience that I hope to repeat throughout the world! When I get back home to Boston I will be hosting to pay back the favor.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have now surfed all over South America.
Interests
I am interested in Latin America, history, politics, music, basketball and American football, writing, pop culture. I am currently living in a small, rural town in Peru working as a volunteer with Peace Corps. I teach English, help improve the water system, try to build latrines and healthy cookstoves, and chill out a lot. I read, watch movies and TV series, and listen to music. I help cook dinner in a local restaurant.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1) Hiking the Grand Canyon with a fifty pound pack. The hardest and most rewarding physical challenge I have ever accomplished. I rarely challenge myself physically, so doesnt say much, but it was incredible.
2) Taking a boat down the Amazon River in Peru and looking at the stars at night
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English, about development work, about life in rural Peru, cooking certain dishes, about Judaism, how to play basketball and American Football. I want to learn about everything.
