About Me

CURRENT MISSION

In search of Euphoria

ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Boston, MA. I've been living the dream in Hollywood, CA since 2010, working as a researcher and evaluator for federal programs at a non-profit medical center..

I love Boston, and LA is great too. But I love to travel and visit places - it opens one's eyes to see the world, have new experiences, and change for the better.

PHILOSOPHY

Always be joyful. Always sing your song. And stay forever young.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed in Vienna and Stockholm before, and loved meeting people and being taken around the city by people with the desire to just be a good host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done it twice, and so far it's been great!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - europop, alternative rock, punk rock, Top 40 (my music taste is terrible), Eurovision

Books - favorite author is Paulo Coelho. The Alchemist and Eleven Minutes are both books that have changed how I see the world and people, and my relationship with both.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Seattle on my own and explored the city. I went completely off the grid and left everything I ha behind for one week. It was a giant risk that ha forever changed me, and I'm so happy I did it.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to bring water past TSA in the airport, you should freeze the water in your bottle AND THEN bring it through security. Ice isn't a liquid so it's legal. Trust me

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
