ABOUT ME
Hi there!
My name is Simon. I come from Belgium. I studied History and then Urban Development before working with the deputy mayor in charge of Urban Planning and Mobility of the City of Brussels. The city is an atmosphere that I love. Its neighborhoods, people, food, architecture,... For one year, I used to work in Canada. First in Toronto and then in Vancouver. In the similar fields: Sustainability and Heritage.
I just came back to Brussels.

Interests
History. Architecture (Herzog & de Meuron, Gerhy, OMA, Zaha Hadid). Heritage. I love travelling, visiting countries and cities. Meeting new interesting people. I also love biking. I do it every day to get my job. Literature. Theater. Cinema. Hiking (in Bolivia, in France, in England: Hadrian's Wall Path and in Vancouver, Canada). Nature is very important for me. Seas, oceans and mountains but also the wide open spaces.
