I have many creative outlets and good food,wine and company are an essential part to my happiness. I try and push myself outside of my comfort zone as much as possible because I believe that is the quickest way to personal growth and gaining a new understanding of what your capable of. Small things make me smile and I live on the excitement and wonder of finding those beautiful things and people in the world.

I am an avid reader! You can usually find me with a historical fiction novel or an interesting textbook on holistic medicine. Like most people, music is a constant presence in my life. A total cliche, I listen to just about everything from hip-hop and house to jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered for disaster relief efforts in both Haiti and the Phillipines. I also huck cliffs on a regular basis in the winter time.
