Hi Couchsurfer!

If we were face to face, I'd probably introduce myself as someone passionate about climate change and education.

I love travelling, meeting people from other backgrounds, cooking and eating (I'm vegan) as well as adventures!

I grew up in Murcia, the South East of Spain, but moved out at 18, spent some years in Dresden, Germany and then I moved to Brussels, Belgium to end up in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. After 10 years abroad, I moved to Alicante, Spain in 2023. I currently live here with my girlfriend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing because meeting CSers is fun whether I'm home or traveling to meet locals and interesting people.

I lost count of how many people I have hosted! I hosted over 100 people in 2014 in Dresden, and I've stopped the count since then.

Interests

I like learning about other people's passions and how they talk about them.

I play ultimate frisbee in a team in Alicante, love playing board games and I'm a bit of a specialty coffee nerd.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Founding an NGO in Germany, climbing Kilimanjaro, and traveling on the Transsiberian rail for 8000km.

Coming to Kyrgyzstan for 3 days on my way from Spain to Japan by train, COVID arrived, so instead of going back to Europe, I rented a flat, started a remote startup with friends, learned Russian, and stayed for 3 years!

I'm happy to cook for (or even better WITH) hosts! I like making people happy with nice food, a good conversation and a beer (or a pomelo juice, whatever floats your boat).
