Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

When I travel, I don't just want to be there, I want to get to know a place. I believe the best way to do so is to connect with locals and through them, experience the culture. Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to do so.

When not traveling, I still love making those connections in my own "backyard" and getting to know how much of an island this planet is by experiencing our similarities as well as our vast, beautiful, unique differences.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I have fairly eclectic musical tastes, spanning cultural to rap, classical to classic rock, and many others. When it comes to films, I tend to prefer scifi (I'm rather a nerd) and action. I'm an avid reader, and again read anything from classic literature to mysteries, nonfiction to young adult fiction, but most of all I love the Urban Fantasy genre.

I can't decide... Hitchhiking and wild camping through the Outer Hebridian Islands in Scotland. Attending a floating lantern festival in the Valley of Fire. Swimming with Nessie in 2° weather in Loch Ness. Oh! Playing the bodhran in a session during the Fleadh Cheoil (traditional Irish music festival). So many more! ❤️
