ABOUT ME

I'm from Taipei, Taiwan, currently a system engineer in an investment consultant company in Taipei, and is trying to explore the beautiful world as much as possible with limited budget and holidays.
I had ever been an exchange students who had ever traveled around Europe for about five month. Those are the most unforgettable experiences which affected me quite a lot.
I'm optimistic, passionate, easy-going, and independent. I like to meet different people in different worlds, listen to their stories, and share my own experiences and what I learned to other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had ever been a couch surfer for several times and found that CS is another way to make friends around the world and expand my knowledge. Though now I'm a traveler searching for a host, hope one day in the future I can be a good host as well. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Till now I had several couch surfing experiences. most of them are found via CS website. The most interesting one happened when I accidentally met two girls from my home country at the airport in Spain, and was invited to surf in their apartment!

Interests

I've learned playing piano and oboe since I was a child. I love classical music very much. When I enter the college, not only did I join the school orchestra, but I also join the wind band of my university. During the five-year experience of my orchestra and wind band life, I met a lot of interesting people, and most of them became my good friends afterwards. We dedicate ourselves to pursuing good music with them. However, all of us are not major in music. We play music just because we love it, and, we have great passion!!!
Besides being a player in the orchestra, I had ever played two concertos with the orchestra and the band, and I was the solist. These are all miracle experiences to me. I played Mozart, and a new piece for oboe and wind band which was written by a spanish composer. Moreover, I had ever been the conductor of the school wind band for two years. In addition to music, I love to travel, see the movies, and take photographs as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening classical music. Beethoven and Tchaikovsky are my favorite composers. Many of the pieces in Nationalists and Impressionism are also my love, too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a person who doesn't like sports, until these years when I began to enjoy hiking. Lots of mountains in Taiwan are just so challenging that they gave me some unforgettable hiking experiences.
I had ever went to Chia-MIng Lake in Taitung for a three-day hiking with my friends. Though I was very tired at the end, feeling that my whole body would tear apart on the way to our destination, and thought that I would never go hiking the next time, the scene I had saw just made all my discomfort worthwhile. Walking on the ridge and seeing the sunrise, I felt myself incredible and think that there's no place that I can't reach by my feet.
