Howdy, hopefully new friend! About me... that's a big question, eh?

I'm inspired by humanism in all its forms. I love that so many of our identities and experiences can be all things at once. Without getting too in depth, I wold classify myself as an open minded, overall happy and optimistic person. I love to laugh, I love to find joy in moments, I'm observant and insightful and have been complimented on my ability to 'read the room'... empathy & social intelligence.

I believe kindness is an exchange. Often times, amongst travels and in life, I have come to find that the more kindness and respect you display towards other living beings, the more you will receive.

The lessons we learn not only about other individuals and parts of the world but the aspects we learn about ourselves form being in whole new and unexplored territories.

I love good quality delicious food and am a pretty decent cook.. love preparing food for others and exchanging new recipes and ways of eating! I'm very knowledgeable on natural health remedies, nutrition and healthy lifestyles.. always open to sharing knowledge!
