About Me
Hey!
Just moved to Utah!
I am from NJ and I love to explore new and old places! I live in a town just outside of NYC and has fabulous public transportation to both the surrounding towns and NYC.
I’m always down for a hike or swim!

Music, Movies, and Books
Cliche but all kinds of music
Avid Hunger Games fan! I pre-ordered Suzanne Collins' prequel, "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" the second I heard about it. Having to wait for May 2020 (release date) is horrible but somehow is making me more and more excited by the day. In short, I'm obsessed with this story (EDIT: The prequel was awful, do not recommend).
Also extremely into The CW’s The 100 (no Bellarke please)!!!! Stranger Things, The Martian (both book and movie) and the occasional ABC family sitcom (Modern Family, Fresh off the Boat, etc.) or Star Wars book.
Harry Potter, English Historical fiction (Stacey Halls is a 10/10 author), Captain America Movies, a plethora of sci-fi series (book & tv) and I could go on for a year longer but you get the picture.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rafted, hiked and collected data for 2+ weeks in the Colorado River at 18 years old. Swam (by accident) Lava Falls Rapid in the Grand Canyon!
Teach, Learn, Share
NY subway system, it can be a torturous labyrinth if you don't know what you're doing (I still don’t sometimes). NYC and NJ hidden gems. Parks, beaches, mountains in NJ and upstate NY too!
Hometown Jersey diners, Italian restaurants and bagel shops (Disco Fries & NJ bagels are superb) in my area and cooking in my home. My town of 30,000 people has over 10 pizza places alone, welcome to Italy of the US.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Tours of NYC and the surrounding area, an immense amount of books and train/bus pass if I happen to have a monthly one while you're visiting. Long hikes can be shared too :)
