About Me

CURRENT MISSION

life is an adventure. make nights into stories.

ABOUT ME

Adventure, sarcasm and travel - in no particular order.

My summer is spent living in a van, sleeping outside, and exploring every day while taking foreigners on camping road trips around America and Canada. Check out trekamerica.com

My winter is spent skiing as much as possible.

My time in between is spent traveling as much as possible.

I've lived, worked, or studied and made all these places a home - Boulder and Crested Butte, Colorado. Montreal. Belleville, South Africa. NYC. Wanzhou, China. A 15 passenger Ford van. Valais, Switzerland.

PHILOSOPHY

Take risks.

Ubuntu - I am what I am because of what we all are.

...for we have some flax golden tales to spin.

Music: Robyn, Santigold, Modest Mouse, Chromeo, Andrew Bird, Hot Chip, The xx, Kid Cudi, Ratatat Remixes, The Knife, Fever Ray, I'm not very musically opinionated and open to anything you have to offer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in a tent for two months at 11,500 feet while building and climbing Colorado's hiking trails.
Attended a 2-day rave in the middle of a bamboo jungle in the middle of China.
Jumped off a waterfall and the impact was so intense my contact popped out.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught English, tae kwon do, and skiing. I know more about sprinkles than i should and could bore you with the proper way to build a hiking trail. Cities fascinate me and I love learning about and exploring them. Discussing and planning road trips will always keep me amused.

i fall into hobbies easily and would love to learn about beer brewing, magic, and fixing things from cars to blenders to zippers.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Viet Nam
