ABOUT ME

Hi I am Andrew. I just moved out on my own to Gainesville, got fold out couch so I said, I will join couchsurfers and start banking some karma for when I can go surfing. Any how I love to do stuff everything from old school D&D to kiteboarding and backpacking and kayaking. I am also pretty into music so I get along with most anybody.

PHILOSOPHY

Take life as it comes to you, if you can do something amazing then you should. You only have a set number of moments on this earth. Each moment is new and can never be repeated as you were when it happened. You can die at any time from anything so throw caution to the wind and live life the way you want to and do what you want to do, despite what others tell you. You only live once.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got a queen sized fold out couch, I sleep on a twin size bed so dont shy otherwise those sheets will get dusty. I will be home because I got to go through a couple of summer semesters.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but I plan I going on a long trek once I get the time off of school. Have messaged a couple people for in adventure advice though

I have a wide range interests from D&D, to jamming on my bass, to teaching myself how to kitesurf, to getting lost in this wide world and nature.

3 inches of blood is my all time favorite music, I like the Dark Tower books, and I love all kinds of movies.

You know I seen and done many great things, machu pichu, a raping alpacha, biked down a volacano, the top of many a tall mountain, many a cave small and large, giant rock mushrooms, slot canyons, many Appalachian balds, stood next to a giant robot, climbed up waterfalls in the rain, seen the sunset over Mt. Fuji, been attacked by monkeys, bathed with monkeys, jumped off many a bridge/rope swing/zipline/ledge and other awesome stuff, but nothing compares to this lightning strike right that happen right in front of me, not a yard away. It was amazing. I just happened to turn my head after getting out of the rain and bam, it hit the driveway. It like a big jagged line came out sky to strike the ground in front of me and it was like a shockwave went out from where it hit. Amazing everytime I think about it. It was almost like time and sound stopped for a moment. Thank god it didnt hit me.

I can teach people how to play bike polo, i made some sticks and its an awesome sport. It just requires an aptitude of fixing bikes or just a really crappy bike, b/c they get wrecked. I am also a pretty good cook, but I like to experiment a lot, but can make something good with just about anything.
