I've always hated to talk about myself. But in few words; this is Kristaps - pretty decent at driving (Latvian autocross champion), easy going guy who hates hypocrites, liars and arrogant people, likes to enjoy occasional sip of proper Irish whiskey, prefers meals cooked on fire in the wild instead of fancy restaurant, recently got into running; plan for 2019 is to run a halfmarathon under 105minutes.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

The same way there is a huge difference between 'a tourist' and 'a traveller', there is enermous difference between staying at hotels and couchsurfing. Is there any more effective way to get insights of local life, than meeting people who live there and have similar thinking? I don't think so. Hence the couchsurfing :)

Skydiving!!! Free fall out of airplane from 3500m. Free fall took ~40 seconds with max speed ~180km/h.
Everyone should try to do that. Feeling is priceless.

Hitch-hiked from Riga, Latvia to Ljubljana, Slovenia and back.

Attended 100 hot air balloon festival in Romania as a ballon crew member.

Eaten Surrstromming without gagging or puking (those, who have tried it will understand the willpower it takes to do that).

Milked a sheep.
