Moving to England in 09/2014

ABOUT ME

My name is Wiebke and I´m (like my name) from the northern Germany. My hometown Husum is in the near of the danish border. Because of that I learned danish and no french in school.
Since six years I'm living in Hamburg, but at the end of September I will move to England.
I am a positive thinking and optimistic 25 years old woman. Because of my open-minded nature I like to meet new people and often use "Mitfahrgelegenheiten" (share a railway ticket or car to travel from A to B).
I love music and all things you can do with it - dancing, sports, singing, playing instruments...
Weekends I often visit friends or family members around Germany, cook for/with them, like to photograph or chill in the nature, relax in a park or watch movies.
I´m working for a marketer for online media as a campaign manager. After a long day I like to go to the fitness center, meet friends, cook dinner with my roomie or watch series (gray´s anatomy, private practice, vampire diary, criminal minds, how i met your mother, the big bang theory, revenge).
My ipod is my second best friend - I can't go outside without him! Everytime I´m looking for new good music and performers and always be happy about recommendations :)

PHILOSOPHY

We don´t live for working, we´re working to live our life.
Don´t be so gravely - be happy and enjoy your life! Make things you like and be open and mindful for the little things in you life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experiences were great. In may 2013 I made a roadtrip by myself - it was amazing! I saw so many things other "normal" tourists can´t see. Travelling is so different if you know local people, who integrated you in their life for a short time. Couchsurfing is the best thing I have done this year :)
