Overview
About Me
Open-minded person who likes to meet all kinds of new people - as long as I can spot some kind of passion for music, culture(s), art, film or anything interesting in the other person's narratives :) Currently (officially) studying at the University of Cologne, but actually pursuing to collect additional professional experience in the broad field of media and the music industry. Also voluntarily working at the local campus radio station called 'Kölncampus' in Cologne. Lived in the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium for some time and fell in love with the language (and the beer haha) ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
A bit of a music fanatic, hence always playing (well at least from my point of view) good music - everything that has to do with genres such as postpunk, coldwave, dark wave, britpop, psychedelic rock, house, madchester etc. etc. makes me happy! You see? A music geek.
I grew up with Kai Meyer and still claim the Wellenläufer-Trilogie to be my favourite books, but because of my studies I merely read English literature now. Buried myself in 'The Humans' by Matt Haig on a trip to Manchester, UK. Loved the book by Patti Smith, 'Just Kids'.
Films: Just show me a film starring/directed by/written by Greta Gerwig and I'll be happy and smiling like a 'Honigkuchenpferd' - I guess that's a thing I would need to explain..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moving in with (!) 7 (!) girls. Only peace and harmony. No irony, I swear. Also not wearing glasses anymore and hence the decision to solely buy contact lenses from now on.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you're looking for new tunes, I'm always a good address. Otherwise I can teach you some of the languages I have learned over the years or show you my poor pilates skills, or do both.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Half the stuff I own. I'm an only child and I like to share for a change.
