About Me
Couchsurfing still surprises me, after all these years (yes, I do like to sound dramatic to make a point)! I mean, you meet the most wonderful people who make the place you're visiting so memorable. And you open your home to someone who then becomes your friend. Travelling for me is about meeting the people, getting to know the culture. Couchsurfing is just that.
Interests
I have been a member of Amnesty International for more than a decade now and love to get engaged in human rights issues. I also like to go hiking, exploring new cities and laughing until the face muscles hurt. Current project: living in California :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It definitely was a big moment for me when I was able to watch a successful brain surgery. Being able to work with patients at a psychiatric hospital also had quite an impact on me. Oh and would it be too cheesy to write that I hiked up a volcano on Bali by sunrise? Anyways, so beautiful!
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I am always happy to analyze you within seconds, interpret your dreams, and read tea leaves - basically everything a psychologist does, right? Just kidding. Psychology aside, I'll gladly share my Swedish kladdkaka recipe with you, the world's best chocolate cake.
