CURRENT MISSION

Back in good old sparkling Berlin.

Last travelling experience in SA, a journey full of friendship, wonders and magic. I had so many amazing experiences :), also thanks to couchsurfers I hosted in Berlin and couchsurfers I met there.

Before, in Germany, I recently moved to Berlin, and as a free person there, I spent a lot of time songwriting and singing and I regularly practiced yoga and acroyoga. Before, I worked hard in order to become a psychotherapist, a researcher in psychology and finishing my PhD. I'm currently back to working as a psychotherapist in Berlin (German/English/Spanish).

I would describe myself as green-hearted 💚. From my point of view, one very important thing is to give my best effort to protect the nature and therefore to be less wasteful and demanding. I try to avoid plastic, short-distance flights, newly produced stuff whenever it's possible. During the last year, I watched my grandmother's forest die from drought and aggressive beetles and I spent weeks there reforesting it. Since that experience, I think even more that we as human beings should take responsibility and be more humble and take care about earth's problems.

Apart from that, I can be fun :D.

ABOUT ME

People who know me well usually describe me as uncomplicated and sociable :). I think I'm also a flexible and rather active person. Sometimes I can be impatient. I rather watch and listen and try not to judge quickly. I don't like arrogance, racism, exploitation, self-entitlement, and egoism, and I expect people to pay attention to their surroundings and to take care about themselves and others.

Being German, of course I deeply admire humour in other people :D. I fell in love with Colombia and Argentina and Brasil and Chile. Part of my heart is still over there in celebrating, smiling, extreme, and wonderful South America.
I admire disciplined and focused people and people who make and find their way no matter the circumstances. I like people with kind hearts, intelligence, modesty, and warmth.

I am very happy to host people whenever I have free time, but please: don't try to abuse couchsurfing as a free - hostel - service - it's rather annoying. If you haven't even read the profile, why would you want to stay at my place?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Several surfers hosted, all very good experiences. I surfed several times now and have met awesome people. I'm planning to do it again during my travels in Colombia, Brasil, and Argentina.

I enjoy travelling ❤, shared activities (music, acroyoga, salsa...😎), talking about culture, music, society, and politics. I like to practice Spanish and I look forward to meeting interesting people :).

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Theoretically, as a psychological researcher and psychotherapist which are my jobs, I can provide profound psychological knowledge about how people behave, statistically speaking of course... and about the diagnosis, aetiology, and epidemiology of psychological disorders and their treatment.

I've practiced yoga for a long time and can share my knowledge about it.

I can share some recipes.
