ABOUT ME

I am rather a calm person : ), but sociable and open-minded. I love travelling and yearn to visit so many places it's impossible to list them here... Since five years ago I do all my travelling with Przemek, my boyfriend, who also does CS with me, and I hope we will travel around the world some day together.
What keeps me from travelling is my life at the university, where I study fantasy and sf literature mainly, teach a bit and try to come up with something brilliant : )

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel and learn about the place I visit. It may be hard for me to host now (though there is a possibility that I will), but I'm happy to show around, grab a beer, etc. I've surfed and met some people to show them my city. I also surfed and hosted previously, as a part of Hospitality Club.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've travelled around Wales with the help of HC. I used CS when in England and Mexico, I was hosted quite many times and I met some people on Salsa meeting in DF. I, myself, hosted while at HC. Always had a fantastic time. I actually feel you can become addicted to it! Thank you all my hosts!

Heath Ledger movies, Wes Anderson, Mr Nobody, Beginners and many others (many movies just because my favorite actors are in them). Kurt Vonnegut's books, fantasy and science fiction (Le Guin, Tolkien, Lewis, Gaiman, Pratchett etc.). Sylvia Plath's poetry and Bell Jar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if that is something amazing, but at least something, which was a great experience - I walked around 300 kilometers in 8 days, from one city to the other one.
