About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Take in what the world can share with me and give back to her in ways I never knew I could.
ABOUT ME
Calm in temper, restless in spirit. A wanderer, lost in my own road map. Holding out my thump in the wind trustingly, yearning for the horizon.
I love being active and on occasion dance. Who am I kidding? I really never stop dancing. I enjoy drinking beer, or a nice glass of wine, listening to music, and eating and cooking delicious food. I often get together with friends to cook a dinner and sit around the fire. Nothing is better than enjoying the good stuff with great people.
I'm very into maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. I work out nearly everyday and have an addiction to yoga. Buy organic, buy local.
PHILOSOPHY
Smile Big. Laugh Loud.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Has been quite the ride. Met so many great people and shared some really wonderful times. It made a long back pack trip through Europe possible. Would like to host more and work less. Love using it to find out whats going on and get suggestions from people too.
I started taking a Dutch language class in Amsterdam offered through CS. Although unable to finish due to further travels, it was a great experience to learn from, and with, those that share the same experience and travel bug.
Interests
FOOD! This is my passion and root of my life. Maybe even an obsession. Nothing is to best left untasted, sweet or savory.
The great outdoors - hiking, biking, working out, snow shoeing, snowboarding, kayaking, playing tennis, and camping.
Road trips and festivals have got to be up there as an all time personal favorite.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like and appreciate lots of movies but documentaries are a personal favorite. I might say that I even have a minor obsession with documentaries. I like to keep myself informed on other peoples points of views as well as my own. Anything from people to food to ecology.
I like all types of books and I like jumping around with what I read. I especially love trading books with travelers and being able to take each other to new worlds.
